Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged upon arrival.
To qualify:
You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of damage (such as photos or videos) must be provided at the time of the return request.
Please note, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or dislike of color/pattern, as every item is checked and verified before dispatch.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Products that are not damaged or defective
Sale or clearance items
Custom-made or personalized products
Used or altered items

Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Stitchery only in cases of damaged or defective products.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective product).
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items of the same product, subject to availability. Please contact us at 7997990355 to arrange an exchange.
